Nothing on this site creates a client relationship; that begins only when a written engagement is signed.

Our services

Avantage acts exclusively for buyers and never for sellers. We do not accept commissions or referral payments from selling agents or vendors. The scope, fees and conditions of any engagement are set out in a written agreement, which prevails over anything on this site. Buyers advocacy services are provided under the licensing requirements that apply in the state in which the property is located.

Acquisition stories and examples

Where a portfolio card is marked "Example", it illustrates the kind of outcome we work toward and is not a record of a specific transaction. Where real acquisitions are shown, details may be generalised to protect client privacy. Past outcomes are not a guarantee of future results.
